Anonymous asked: I've been eating healthy and drinking lots of water, and working out every other day, and some days I feel really healthy and fit and other days I feel like theres no change and how I use to feel before I started doing all these things. What does this mean?

I'm at home now...
And I don’t have access to a gym.  I’ve been doing the Nike Training Club Circuit workouts in my basement, and they’re kicking my butt.   Go give them a try.  Seriously.  It’s 45 mins of a great workout, that makes me want to give up the entire time, but afterwards, I’m so proud of myself.  Just do it!
