Workout without Cardio
I did my first workout without cardio tonight so mainly strength training, but I still worked up a sweat. My right quad is like dying haha… my legs were so wobbly when I left the gym.
5 mins Jumping Rope
15 minutes legs (around the world squats and lunges, ski jumps, etc)
15 minutes arms (sumo squats, push ups, row planks)
Stretch!
Then weigh in. 133 again! I hope to get to 130lbs...

But I haven’t. Don’t forget to stretch ladies! My calves hurt so much so no gym tonight. Oh well. I always look forward to my legitimate procrastination, aka working out. =)
